Hi! I’m Anna-Thea, an author and Divine Feminine Educator. I’ve been told my voice is very calming and soothing. I taught yoga for many years and my students always enjoyed my guided meditation at the end of class.

How Does Guided Meditation Work?

With a guided meditation, you don’t need to know how to meditate. All you have to do is get comfortable, close your eyes and listen. You’ll move easily into your subconscious mind.

The subconscious mind has control over every cell in your body, and also regulates and connects the body systems that keep you alive and functional. That includes your heart rate, hormones, breathing, immunity, circulation, digestion, excretion, and even your reproductive system. It’s pretty amazing.

You breathe every day, really every few seconds. You don’t have to think about it. It’s involuntary. Your subconscious mind controls your breathing. When you are stressed you shallow breathe. In addition, other body systems stop functioning optimally when you are stressed. Don’t be a victim of stress and the negative effects it has on your body.
