Relaxing your body is an important part of self-care. And doing a guided meditation is a great way to relax the body.

Have you ever treated yourself to a guided meditation? Because it is truly a treat.

The meditation that I created above is what I would call a divine meditation. It’s a divine meditation because it relaxes and opens your body, letting divine energy flow through you. It has a very calming effect.

When your body is uptight and tense divine energy has a hard time flowing through you. This divine meditation will open your energetic channels.

The benefits of this divine meditation are:

  • Helps calm your mind
  • Gets you connected to your body
  • Release stress
  • Assists you in practicing self-care
  • and more!

Use this divine meditation any time you are stressed. I find myself often putting this meditation on in the middle of the day. It’s only 11 minutes so it doesn’t take long to do. I love putting an eye pillow over my eyes with my feet up and putting the meditation on and letting it take me away! Even in the middle of the day. Or especially in the middle of the day. It’s good to slow down and take a little time to reset or restore your energy.

Our culture doesn’t allow us to do that. We need to always be on the go go go! Don’t buy into it.

Another way that I use this meditation is when I didn’t get enough sleep the night before. If I find myself lagging during the day I take the time out as described above and do this divine meditation. It has been such an amazing yet simple tool for me to restore my energy.

So with that said… take time to relax! Ultimately you will be more productive during the day if you feel more centered and less stressed.

Use this divine meditation regularly. Make it part of your daily life. Or at least weekly life. I know you will be glad you did and I know you will enjoy it.

Doing guided meditations regularly has changed my life and I want that for you too. I used to be such a stress bunny! Now I have tools that I can turn to when life is getting to crazy. This 11 minutes meditation is a great tool to have on hand.
